TO START GETTING FIT!
You take a lot out of your body.
Make sure you get the right stuff in.
As important as goal-oriented training and individually customized exercises is a goal-oriented diet and an individually customized nutrition program.
To ensure you get the most out of your efforts in fitness, we offer a nutritionist to assist you with your meals and intake, whether it's for sports performance or weight loss management.

Lotte Thomsen
I am a nutritionist and specialise in sport nutrition and weight loss management.
Sport nutrition focuses on what you want to achieve in terms of performance. It could be muscle gain, long distance running or explosive sprints.
Food is our fuel and we need the energy it provides to perform at optimal level and have a quick recovery. With an individualised nutrition plan you will feel a great difference.
Weight loss management is for you whom would like to loose those stubborn extra kilos. As the kilos disappear you will become more energised physically and mentally and will be able to do things you never been able to due to a healthier physique.
A healthy weight improves your self-confidence and help to control a range of diseases such as diabetes and certain types of cancer.
I offer one on one consultations as well as weight loss groups.I look forward helping you achieving your goals. Book an appointment here.
