In this section you will find exercises for you to perform on your own to vary and expand on your training reportoire. Visit every now and then, and you will have a great tool to carry out training and exercise on your own.

Super-Core exercises, hybrid style

This is a fantastic set of exercises to work your core and lower body with some upper body support. All exercises are performed in two sets each, 8 repetitions in round 1 and 6 repetitions in round 2.

1. Squat press

Develops lower body, shoulders

and core.

2. Core bar swing

Exercise for inner thighs, gluts, back and core.

 

3. Straight arm Olympic squat

Exercises all spinal muscles, lower body, postural muscles and core.
